For us the "terroir" is everything, for this reason we created the term "Single Agaveyard®", since each of our batches are the product of an organic agave planted in a specific and delimited land for its later "Jima" (The process of cutting the agave consists of eliminating the leaves and root of the agave to leave only the heart or pineapple), thus allowing the agave not only to be expressed, but also its origin. In Santanera we never mix agaves of different plantations or ages, this guarantees our supreme quality in perpetuity.

Floral and botanical impact with notorious astringency on the sides, dry character that contrasts with its mellow profile, we find cherries in syrup, apricots, pomegranate and jasmine flower, followed by a dominant note to menthol, epazote and lemon grass that pervades the palate. Subtle appearance of nuances of vanilla, cooked agave and white pepper, with a menthol finish that refreshes the palate and rises to the nose.
