Of velvety and sweet impact, it evolves with noticeable astringency on the sides and end of the tongue, mineral notes, herbal, earthy and sweet flavors (acitron) prevail accompanied by an elegant cocoa flavor finish with a touch of spices, the alcohol is perceived stabilized and balanced.

At the end of the mouth, herbaceous, spicy and sweet notes (acitron) remain with a persistent astringency.

With a botanical and herbaceous profile, notes of menthol, “lemongrass” / lemon grass and lime zest, sisho / green perilla, ginger and a hint of fresh pine leaf sprout, honeyed nuances subtly emerge like crystallized prune, vanilla pods and a precise touch of acitrón, as tertiary aromas we find fresh epazote, cucumber peel, anise and a spicy nuance that refers to chile cristal and green olives.

With a floral and fruity profile with a marked botanical / herbaceous presence, very generous aromas emerge such as jasmine and hibiscus flower accompanied by nuances of pomegranate and cherries, a peculiar note that refers to cotton candy and vanilla pudding stands out, in the background we find, Menthol, epazote, lime peel and wet white oak, on the upper part of the nose there are notes of raisins, apricots and white pepper.

In the mouth, a floral and botanical impact predominates with notorious astringency on the sides, it has a dry character that contrasts with its honeyed profile, we find cherries in syrup, apricots, pomegranate and jasmine flower, followed by a dominant note of menthol, epazote and grass. Lemon that permeates the palate, subtle hints of vanilla, cooked agave and white pepper appear, with a minty finish that refreshes the palate and rises to the nose.

High crystallinity, unctuous, medium high density, presents an interesting outer ring with a sensitivity of the full chromatic spectrum, on the nose, mineral, vegetal and floral presence. A memory of black ink, possibly coming from graphite, moving to the vegetable part, the first recognized aroma is that of medium cooked agave, flashes of raw mead of the day, citrus peel, acitrón compote, toasted ancho chili and left infusion of leaves of Luisa grass, everything includes in the present ending a jasmine flower with a marked presence of high glycerol alcohol, in the mouth, friendly and forceful attack, mineral vegetal impression, sophisticated permanence and with a lot of presence of propolis (royal jelly).

Visual:
The visual appreciation denotes how polished the product is, how healthy, how alive, it is a sensation like seeing a mirror, luminous and platinum.

Nose:
Great aromatic impact, the nose is powerful wrapped in silk, the first nose is cooked agave but at extreme maturity, you find notes of red fruits, a sensation of strawberry, moist earth, cardamom spice, a touch of nutmeg.

Mouth:
The aromatic sensation is confirmed, it starts opulent, dense, velvety, a wide and very pleasant glyceric sensation, it leaves a film that envelops the palate, a very long permanence, then comes a sensation of moist earth accompanied by green tea that links to the herbal and it makes you return to the agave, some touches of cinnamon, river stone, a mineral sensation that evokes freshness, it takes you to a memory of walking in a mountain river.

The visual appreciation denotes how clean and velvety it is, with a bright platinum body with high retention tears. On the nose it has a smoky profile with botanical naunces, notes of cooked agave complemented with naunces of burnt wood and tamarind.

A pronounced minerality, menthol and pepper notes.
Opulent with a velvety sensation like a veil of silk covering your mouth, very strong permanence and agave aftertaste.

One of the most outstanding sensations of this batch is the volume so dense in the mouth that you feel oily, thanks to the maturation in glass for more than 306 days.
