With a botanical and herbaceous profile, notes of menthol, “lemongrass” / lemon grass and lime zest, sisho / green perilla, ginger and a hint of fresh pine leaf sprout, honeyed nuances subtly emerge like crystallized prune, vanilla pods and a precise touch of acitrón, as tertiary aromas we find fresh epazote, cucumber peel, anise and a spicy nuance that refers to chile cristal and green olives.

In the mouth, a floral and botanical impact predominates with notorious astringency on the sides, it has a dry character that contrasts with its honeyed profile, we find cherries in syrup, apricots, pomegranate and jasmine flower, followed by a dominant note of menthol, epazote and grass. Lemon that permeates the palate, subtle hints of vanilla, cooked agave and white pepper appear, with a minty finish that refreshes the palate and rises to the nose.

#BatchPiedra

terroir: El Cuije

2,066 Pieces
Batch Piedra
High crystallinity, unctuous, medium high density, presents an interesting outer ring with a sensitivity of the full chromatic spectrum, on the nose, mineral, vegetal and floral presence. A memory of black ink, possibly coming from graphite, moving to the vegetable part, the first recognized aroma is that of medium cooked agave, flashes of raw mead of the day, citrus peel, acitrón compote, toasted ancho chili and left infusion of leaves of Luisa grass, everything includes in the present ending a jasmine flower with a marked presence of high glycerol alcohol, in the mouth, friendly and forceful attack, mineral vegetal impression, sophisticated permanence and with a lot of presence of propolis (royal jelly).
