CHAPTER #1
He is one of the most talented Chefs in Mexico and the world, a chef committed to the origin and respect for the ingredient, this video podcast was recorded at Jazamango one of the most recent gastronomic proposals of the Chef in Todos Santos, BCS. You will know the history of him, ending with a tasting of our Santanera Kosher Blend, enjoy it.

Considered one of the best winemakers in Mexico and Latin America, Lulú Martínez Ojeda studied Wine Production in Bordeaux, France; After graduating she worked for the renowned production house Chateau Brane-Cantenac together with the winemaker Henri Lurton, who invested in the Valle de Guadalupe to form one of the best wineries in the area, Bruma, leaving Lulú Martínez as partner and manager, this video podcast was recorded in Jazamango, we ended with a tasting of our Santanera Kosher Blend, tequila, enjoy it.

Hugo Ortega is executive chef/co-owner of fove of Houston’s top restaurants : Backstreet Cafe, Hugo’s, Caracol, Xochi y URBE, and winner of Best Chef: Southwest at the prestigious 2017 James Beard Foundation Awards. (He was a finalist for the award for six consecutive years, 2012- 2017.) Ortega has been recognized locally, nationally and globally for his inspirational story and his passion for sharing traditional Mexican cooking and culture.
